海洋生態學、浮游植物、主要營養鹽與微量金屬之生物可利用度、海洋固氮藍綠藻、矽藻-固氮生物群聚、共生、藍綠藻產氫。
專業技能
研究技術：螢光顯微鏡、Utermöhl微生物沉澱濃縮法、Coulter顆粒計數儀、微量金屬潔淨操作技術、微量金屬定量培養液、碳13同位素光合速率測定法、氮15同位素固氮速率測定法、氮15同位素硝酸鹽同化速率測定法、乙炔還原固氮速率測定法、氧化汞測定氫氣法、流動注入式分析法測定硝酸鹽與亞硝酸鹽濃度、氣泡分隔式分析法測定矽酸鹽濃度、Statistics Analysis System (SAS)。
助教經驗：生物統計學(大學課程，2003-2011)、生物統計學實習(大學課程，2003-2011)、植物性浮游生物學(大學課程，2008-2009)、統計方法與資料處理(研究所課程，2009-2011)。
